At Vetted, we want to make sure your pet products arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect with your order.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Times
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, the product, and other factors outside of our control, as different products may be fulfilled by different suppliers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (United States): 5-14 business days after processing
These are estimated timeframes and actual delivery may take longer in some cases.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any applicable taxes, customs fees, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive it.
Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of shipping carriers depending on your location and order details. The carrier for your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at its.us.hq@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at its.us.hq@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We will look into the status of your shipment and help resolve the issue.
Changes to Your Order
Once an order has been placed and accepted, we may be unable to make changes or cancel it. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at its.us.hq@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
